The CRE Property Types class is designed for those who are looking to deepen their knowledge on the different property types in Commercial Real Estate. In this class we will explore each property type from Industrial, Office, Retail, Land and more. We will review what to ask and look out for each type. In addition to being competent and having basic skills, care, and diligence, a broker needs to understand what skills, care, and diligence really mean and how to apply each for whichever property type you are involved in. At the end of this course the student will be able to demonstrate what questions to ask when working on any property type.
